Timeframes

Most orders will be shipped within 14 business days.

You will be emailed tracking information once the item has been processed.

Some items like original oil paintings carry a shipping delay to allow for drying and varnishing times. My typical drying wait time for an oil painting is 4 months before the piece can be varnished and shipped. These items can reserved with an invoiced deposit and removed from the shop page if you prefer to make the full payment just before delivery. Contact hello@rosannecroucher.com to arrange this.

Packaging

All items are packaged to a high standard of protection.

Original paintings excluding miniatures are packaged professionally at Pack n Send NZ.

Prints are packaged flat.

Studio pick ups

I offer a pick-up service as a local alternative to shipping. I also offer appointments to view and buy work directly at my studio. My studio is located in Hamilton, New Zealand. Please email hello@rosannecroucher.com to arrange a time.

Shipping within New Zealand

Shipping within New Zealand is done via NZ Post for prints and miniature paintings. All other paintings are sent within New Zealand via Pack n Send using professional art packaging and courier.

Shipping for all items is free within New Zealand.

International Shipping

See shipping rates on items. For commission shipping rates I will provide a quote based on the chosen size of the piece.

Please allow time for your order to ship, there may be delays especially near Christmas time.
