Waterfall Study is a Waikato painting of a waterfall on the Hakarimata walkway.
This Waikato painting captures the peaceful and cool environment of a bush waterfall. I took 1.5 hours to paint this plein air on site- it was a good challenge! The lightness of the waterfall in contrast to the dark solidity of the rocks inspired this painting location.
